International Evangelist Mutinda Charles Runo is a passionate Gospel minister, evangelist, preacher, mentor and ministry leader with a deep burden for the lost and a strong commitment to proclaiming Jesus Christ wherever God opens the door.
He is the Founder and President of Jesus Changing Lives Ministries, a soul winning ministry committed to proclaiming Jesus Christ, reaching the lost, making disciples, equipping believers and influencing generations for Christ.
He is also the Founder of the Tell Me About JESUS Global Movement, a growing evangelistic movement focused on mobilising and equipping believers to boldly tell others about Jesus Christ. The movement carries a simple but powerful message

Through this movement, Evangelist Mutinda seeks to awaken the Church to the responsibility of every believer to become a witness for Christ. He believes evangelism is not reserved for a few people with the title of evangelist. Every believer can become a witness and take the Gospel to the places where people live, work, study and gather.

International Evangelist Mutinda is particularly passionate about street evangelism and public Gospel proclamation. His ministry takes the Gospel beyond the walls of the church into streets, neighbourhoods, markets, schools, bus stations, prisons and other places where people can be reached with the message of Jesus Christ.

International Evangelist Mutinda has proclaimed the Gospel in 12 African nations, carrying the message of Jesus Christ across national and cultural boundaries.
His ministry has included street evangelism, missions, school ministry, prison ministry, compassion outreach, marketplace evangelism, discipleship and the training of believers for effective evangelism.

A Voice for Evangelists and Street Preachers
Evangelist Mutinda has also become passionate about strengthening fellowship and collaboration among evangelists and street preachers.
Through the Evangelists and Street Preachers Fellowship and related ministry initiatives, he seeks to create a platform where Gospel ministers can connect, pray together, encourage one another, learn from one another, participate in missions and receive opportunities for capacity building.
He believes many evangelists face challenges that are not always understood by the wider Church. Some experience financial, social, emotional and ministry challenges while trying to remain faithful to their calling.
For this reason, he advocates for fellowship, affirmation of identity, prayer networks, missions, mentorship, capacity building and healthy relationships among those carrying the burden of evangelism.
He believes that evangelists should not walk alone.
The Tell Me About JESUS Global Movement
The Tell Me About JESUS Global Movement represents one of Evangelist Mutinda's strongest expressions of his passion for soul winning.
The movement seeks to mobilise believers to make Jesus known in their everyday environments and to create a culture where sharing the Gospel becomes a normal part of Christian life.
Its vision extends beyond street preaching. It encourages believers to tell people about Jesus in their families, workplaces, schools, marketplaces, communities and wherever God has placed them.
